i don't understand why people want to swing with another person when their married to someone else.
if their not happy why not get a divorce

I don't think you have to understand it. Each couple has their own reasons. It may be better than cheating, provide excitement in watching your partner give or receive pleasure from another person, give you the opportunity to be with someone who has a different body type, etc.
It's not for everyone, clearly. But a substantial number of people enjoy this. It's a bit like asking "Why would you eat chicken if you like hamburgers?" Being married doesn't mean you only get to experience the same person for the rest of your life.
