I want to have a threesomw with my boss & husband.I have talked in detail with my boss, my ground rules & his.I feel very comfortable with him since we've known him almost 4-5 years now.My husband however feels werid about the idea that he's our boss now.So I guess my question is how can I make them feel comfortable to talk about their rules and feelings?

Hmmm... I have a pretty firm rule about the whole boss/employee thing.

Don't do it. It never ends well, even if it goes good in the beginning.

I would put this one on hold until that relationship changes.

I go even one step further and say no hanky panky with anyone you work with... despite attempts at trying to "not let things get weird" it always seems to end up badly for people who do. I can only imagine it would be worse if it were a supervisor/subordinate case (though that can make for fun role-play).
It's a personal choice but I wouldn't advise it...

Wow! That sounds like a terrible idea! The fact that you also spoke to your boss about this before your husband was comfortable with it (since he clearly isn't) is a bad sign as well. Perhaps you are having an affair with your boss, already, and want to include your husband?

I agree, though, that including someone at the office will almost always turn out badly.
