Are you ready to get your year started right? Are you seriously ready to make a sudden, courageous, and monumental change, change on a grand scale that will change your life and those around you forever?

Are you ready to create history, and have the best year of your life?

If you answered "Yes," then you’re ready to create your Big BANG.

What is a Big BANG?

Big BANG is an acronym for Big Bold, Ambitious, and Noble Goals. Applying the Big BANG formula to your life or career can allow you to create monumental, quantum-leap performance and profitability gains.

Watch the Video.

Here are the characteristics of the Big BANG formula and how it works:

Bold…

A Big BANG is saturated with boldness. It requires a fearless, daring, and courageous spirit, nerves of steel, and a massive dose of self-confidence. It’s roll-the-dice-and-bet-the-house boldness. It can mean taking extraordinary risks, and, when you decide upon a course olfaction, boldness demands that you execute it aggressively.

Boldness alone isn’t enough to create a Big BANG.

Creating your own personal Big BANG also requires that your goal be:

Ambitious…

A Big BANG requires a strong, intense, passionate, and singular ambition to achieve a particular goal. That means settings goals that are as grand in scale as they are bold in formulation.

It was ambition that created the Seven Wonders of the World, and it is this formidable force, which provides the psychological mojo that screams faster, higher, braver, further.

Finally, creating your own Big BANG involves adopting goals that are:

Noble…

A Big BANG is championed by a noble cause that inspires and challenges people to perform at an uncommon level. After all, when you strive to better the lives of others… your family, your colleagues, your customers… you have a purpose worth pursuing, even when you might otherwise quit.

Shining with exceptional and noteworthy qualities, a noble goal is grand and impressive in both appearance and thought. Noble goals unleash the human spirit, and our world has been greatly blessed by men and women pursuing bold, ambitious, and noble goals, goals that created a Big BANG!

It’s Time for You to Shine

Right now, this instant, you are capable of exponential growth. You have the ability to multiply your performance, dramatically exceed your best expectations, and achieve goals on a scale that in the past seemed impossible. You can do all of this once you focus on defining and pursuing your Big BANG.

But that means you must stop settling for things as they are, and surrender the belief that change is only marginal and incremental. Life is prepared to give you a breakthrough… a spontaneous creation experience any time you become willing to allow it.

If not you, then who? If not now, then when?

Few people ever come close to reaching their full potential. Most do not even come close, and barely scratch the surface of what they can possibly accomplish.

Maybe, just maybe, the time has come for you to study the face in the mirror and decide once and for all that you are ready to rock the world.

Let me be perfectly clear about this, we are not talking about getting to the next level, what we’re talking about here is getting to the next orbit!

I’m talking about increasing sales by 500%, about dominating your market niche, worldwide distribution and consumption of your product or service, about winning the Gold Medal in the Olympics, about finding a cure for the incurable.

How to Create a Big BANG

A Big BANG calls out for a monumental goal that is transparently clear, amazingly simple, and tenaciously spirited. This type of goal requires an internal sense of urgency about results that even high-performers struggle to comprehend.

The level of discipline and intensity of focus required to achieve this type of goal requires that you say goodbye to your comfort zone. A profound and unwavering commitment to achievement is mandatory; once you set a Big BANG you’ll be working without a net.

And the process begins with having your own Personal Strategic Plan in place to guide you throughout 2007.

Watch the Video.

Having a strategic plan for your life separates you from the 85% of the people who never accomplish a single resolution they set for themselves.

Visit this site and discover how to create your own Personal Strategic Plan for 2007and set in motion your own Big Bang year. http://www.PersonalStrategicPlan.com

Here's another great article from Gary Ryan Blair, The Goals Guy. It's not too late to come up with your resolutions for this year. Gary's article covers the top ten resolutions for 2007 - Read through the list and see if any of them look familiar... I can certainly identify with most of them.

One word of advice when choosing your new years resolution.

Don't try to accomplish all ten of them this year. Pick one - yes I said just one - to accomplish this year and focus all of your energy on accomplishing that one goal.

Too many of us try to solve 'world hunger', when we could make the most difference by feeding a single family. That's just an analogy, but you get the picture.

Once you've chosen your single resolution for the year, don't let anything else get in your way. Pursue that one single resolution as if you life depends on it - depending on the resolution you choose (like stop smoking or lose weight), it just may...

Here’s another great article from Gary Ryan Blair, The Goals Guy. It’s not too late to come up with your resolutions for this year. Gary’s article covers the top ten resolutions for 2007 – Read through the list and see if any of them look familiar… I can certainly identify with most of them.

One word of advice when choosing your new years resolution.

Don’t try to accomplish all ten of them this year. Pick one – yes I said just one – to accomplish this year and focus all of your energy on accomplishing that one goal.

Too many of us try to solve ‘world hunger’, when we could make the most difference by feeding a single family. That’s just an analogy, but you get the picture.

Once you’ve chosen your single resolution for the year, don’t let anything else get in your way. Pursue that one single resolution as if you life depends on it – depending on the resolution you choose (like stop smoking or lose weight), it just may…

As you read this entire article from beginning to end, think about not only how these resolutions to your personal goals, but to your love and family relationships. Have you given them the attention they deserve?

By the way, I couldn’t resist adding my own thoughts to a few of these…

The Top Ten New Years Resolutions…

And How To Achieve Them This Year.

By Gary Ryan Blair, The GoalsGuy

New Year’s is the only holiday that celebrates the passage of time. Perhaps that’s why, as the final seconds of the year tick away, we become introspective. Inevitably, that introspection turns to thoughts of self-improvement and the annual ritual of making resolutions, which offer the first of many important tools for remaking ourselves. The following list is the result of our extensive survey, which consisted of over 300,000 responses worldwide.

1. Lose Weight and Get in Better Physical Shape

Physical activity builds physical vitality. With every year of your life, you have more to gain from being physically active; as your age-related risks of chronic disease increase, regular exercise generally slows or reverses that trend. In fact, you’re even more likely to notice the benefits of regular exercise if you already have a chronic condition.

Are you ever going to be fit again as long as you live? The answer is unless you make a resolution to get fit – you’re never going to be fit – ever. The choice is yours; it begins by opting for the stairs instead of the elevator, fruit in place of chocolate, and active rather than sedentary activities.

Dan and Jennifer: We made a very simple commitment this year to do some sort of physical activity (that actually gets our heart rate up) for 10 minutes every day. Walking from the sofa to the mail box doesn’t count! One of our favorite activities is walking our two really awesome doggies, Cujo (a 10 pound Yorkie), and Sasha (a 90 pound German Shepherd). Can guess whose dog is whose?

2. Stick to a Budget

It’s been said that the best defense is a good offense. Developing and sticking to a realistic budget is a brilliant offensive move as it prevents overspending and ensures peace of mind. Many people find it very difficult to stick to a budget. It does take hard work and a lot of self-discipline, at least in the beginning. The good news is that most people find the longer they can stick to a budget, the easier it becomes.

Dan and Jennifer: We actually addressed this one last year. Neither of us has ever been very good at creating, much less sticking to a budget.

Last August we read a really great book, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, and attended a free 3 day seminar, the Millionaire Mind Intensive, from Peak Potentials, founded by T. Harv Ecker. Ecker is a very well known guru in the area of personal development / betterment.

I’m not going to go into the details here, you’ll have to read the book to get the very simple strategies that have helped us triple our savings and always have more than enough money to pay our bills and have fun at the same time. I highly recommend at least reading the book…

3. Debt Reduction

One of the first things you have to do before any debt can be eliminated is to stop using charge accounts. If you continue to use the accounts, you are only fueling the problem, and building on it, not solving it. Make a resolution now to stop charging anything and to get financially stable. If you can’t pay cash for it, you don’t need it, make it just that simple and you will find yourself out of debt in no time at all.

Keep a diary of all money spent, whether it is by cash, check, credit card, etc. Once you know where your money is going, then, and only then, can you take the steps needed to prepare a good budget that you can live with and make huge strides to budgeting your debt away.

Dan and Jennifer: I absolutely agree on this one! If you don’t’ have the cash, don’t buy. Pretty simple in theory and yet difficult to implement. One suggestion on this one – stop watching TV! When watching TV, you’re constantly inundated with ads telling you everything that you need to buy.

4. Enjoy More Quality Time with Family & Friends

More and more people are resolving to spend more quality time with family and friends this year. This means you must consciously decide to actively and purposely work on improving your family situation every day. You may need to do such things as reschedule business activities to make time for your kids, help your children set and achieve worthwhile goals, and setting aside an hour a day for the family, every day.

Starting right now, you can begin to make choices and take day-to-day actions that will create nothing short of a phenomenal family. You can choose to have one if you just resolve to do it and know where to put your focus. Making our families stronger and healthier is important to our communities, our state and our world.

Dan and Jennifer: Dan and I make time to go on a date at least once per week and spend quality time with the girls 3-4 times per week. It may be it’s just reading time before bed or a one on one ‘chic’ date, but it’s time that’s important.

5. Find My Soul Mate

Romance is alive and well as more and more people are looking for that special someone, their soul mate who lights their fire, the ONE whom they love unequivocally and who shares their worldview.

Soul mate relationships are the sort of romantic relationships most of us dreamt of when we were young and innocent: loving and erotic, committed and inspiring and best of all – lasting. Soul mate relationships give both partners the fulfillment that deeply satisfies them and makes them feel that they have found the most wonderful person in the whole universe.

Dan and Jennifer: Done! You have to be open to the possibility and willing to take action when the possibility presents itself, even if it means giving up something or someone else.

6. Quit Smoking

Becoming a non-smoker is probably one of the best decisions you can ever make, and is a life changing as well as a life saving decision. The benefits to your health, relationships, finances, vitality, and the environment and to your sense of self-esteem for having conquered a really hard-to-kick habit will make any and all of your efforts and determination more than worth while. The resolution to become a non-smoker will also help you to live longer and enjoy the finer things in life.

Once you’ve made the resolution to stop, acted upon it and succeeded, you’ll feel great about what you have achieved. Resolving to give up is your decision, and will improve your life from that moment on. No one can make you quit, and no one can help you make the resolution. You have to do it yourself, you have to want to do it, and you need to do it now!

Dan and Jennifer: Duh! …

7. Find a Better Job

A new year provides a sense of getting a free do-over, so you can try again and get it right. Many people resolve to find better jobs or to take a new approach to the jobs they’ve already got. It’s corny, but true — most of us get reflective at this time of year and if we are in jobs already, we begin thinking: Am I on the right path? Do I like where my position and my company are headed? Am I even in the right career?

So you’ve been hearing that voice again, the one that says you’re not doing what you were born to do. That may be true, but how do you figure out what you should be doing? To begin answering this question, examine whether your current career path matches your core interests, beliefs, values, needs and skills. Resolve to ask and answer those essential questions before making any new career changes.

Dan and Jennifer: Here’s a novel idea… Is a better job really the answer? My suggestion here is to read The Passion Test book, take the passion test, and follow your passions. Trust me… Your life will improve when you follow your passions and stop listening to what others say you should be doing!

8. Learn Something New

People throughout the world are realizing that a strong resolve to lifelong learning is more than just education and training beyond formal schooling. A lifelong learning framework encompasses learning throughout the life cycle, from cradle to grave and in different learning environments, formal, non-formal and informal.

Perhaps you are considering a career change, want to learn a new language or musical instrument, or just how to become a better cook? Whether you take a course or read a book, you’ll find education to be one of the easiest, most motivating and beneficial resolutions to keep. Challenge your mind in the coming year, break out of currents routines and challenge every comfort zone and watch your horizons expand.

Dan and Jennifer: Dan and I are constantly learning and growing. From my perspective, if you stop learning, you die – at least spiritually and emotionally.

9. Volunteer and Help Others

A popular, non-selfish New Year’s resolution, volunteerism can take many forms such as spending time helping out at your local library, mentoring a child, or building a house to name a few. Volunteering has risen sharply in the years since we began collecting resolutions. This suggests the possible emergence of a new civic generation and a resolve to make a bigger and better difference with your life.

Resolve to replace the pursuit of success and materialism with the pursuit of contribution and generosity. For this to occur, the critical question must move from, “How can I become successful?” to, “What can I contribute that will significantly impact other people’s lives?” By focusing on what we can contribute, we automatically become successful.

Dan and Jennifer: Have you ever heard of the Law of Tenfold Return?

The Law of Tenfold Return is a Universal Principle that simply says that gifts freely given return to the grantor good fortune equal to or greater than ten times the loss. It works on the principle that when a vacuum is created it must be filled, when a seed is magically planted, it will bear fruit greater that its weight and original value.

10. Get Organized

Resolve this year to plan your days, reduce interruptions, clean off your desk, say “No”, and make detailed lists. The benefits of getting more organized include being able to save time as you no longer look for the same things over and over again or need to replace things you can’t find at all.

You will reduce stress because when you know where everything is, there’s no last-minute rush to find what you need and get out the door on time for school, soccer practice, or that important business meeting. You will also find yourself being much more productive, as all the time you once spent looking for things can now be used to do more important or more enjoyable tasks.

Most people define being organized as quickly and easily able to find what you need. While this is certainly true, organization is so much more. The ability to staying organized lets you focus on accomplishing your most important goals. That’s the true benefit of being organized.

Dan and Jennifer: I’ve recently been studying Feng Shui and clutter absolutely kills the energy flow around you. After a short clutter clearing exercise (my office, bathroom, and closet), my energy levels sky-rocketed. I’m certainly a believer!

Life Will Not Go According To Plan If You Do Not Have a Plan.

Knowing what your resolutions are for 2007 is good. However if you want to make this year different and actually achieve what you set out to accomplish this year, then you need a plan to make that happen.

Having a strategic plan for your life separates you from the 85% of the people who never accomplish a single resolution they set for themselves.
Dear John,

You probably already know what this letter is about. You’ve seen it coming; I know you have. It’s about us, John. It’s over. I’m leaving you!

Why have you neglected me? Why have you made so many excuses? Your inaction and addiction to procrastination is tearing me apart. I simply must move on…

As you read this entire article from beginning to end, think about not only how it applies to your personal goals, but to your love and family relationships. Have you given them the attention they deserve?

Are You Going To Receive A “Dear John Letter” From Your 2007 Goals?
by Gary Ryan Blair

The genesis of “Dear John” letters can be traced to World War II.

They usually began, “Dear John, I have found someone else whom I think the world of. I think the only way out is for us to get a divorce.” These letters, which broke the hearts and dreams of our servicemen and women, soon became known as “Dear Johns.”

I developed this lesson to provide a different type of “Dear John” letter.

It’s a private note from your hopes and dreams, and it speaks loudly through your subconscious.

I trust it will be powerful enough to get your attention, and more important, compelling enough to get you to take action and make this coming year the best of your life.

The purpose is to provide an outlet, a voice for all of those hopes, dreams, desires, and goals that you’ve neglected. If your goals, hopes, and dreams could talk, what would they say? Let’s hope that they wouldn’t write you the following letter, especially at the end of 2007…

====================================================
Dear John,

You probably already know what this letter is about. You’ve seen it coming; I know you have. It’s about us, John. It’s over. I’m leaving you!

I’ve hung on as long as I could. You’ve got to give me credit for that. I mean, the way you swept me off my feet and talked lovingly about the future we would have together. I have waited so long for your embrace, your attention, and your love.

Why have you neglected me? Why have you made so many excuses? Your inaction and addiction to procrastination is tearing me apart. I simply must move on!

For years, I would get so excited every time you talked about the business we were going to start, the places we were going to visit, and the home on the water where we could watch the sun set every night. My heart would pitter-patter every time you talked about me to other people, only to be let down once again because you were afraid.

John, what are you afraid of? It’s only me! I am your hopes, dreams, and goals. I wanted you as much as you wanted me, but you have left me no choice. I simply must move on!

Please do not attempt to talk your way out of this. The years of indecision and lack of discipline tell me everything I need to know. If you really — and I mean REALLY — wanted me, you would have found a way for us to be together.

I am tired of having my hopes soar so high just to just to see them dashed. I simply must move on!

Time is marching by without us, and my greatest fear is suddenly becoming visible on the horizon. I am so afraid that we could come to the end of our lifetime and never have the chance to really know one another. It breaks my heart to even entertain this thought, but I simply must move on!

Like the Genie that grants three wishes, I wanted to give you your heart’s desire. All I wanted, needed, and asked for was your attention, your devotion, and your willingness to work hard for me. If that was too much to ask for, then I’m sorry. I simply must move on!

All things of value must be earned, and I’ve grown tired of your excuses and lack of patience. On numerous occasions, I was within your grasp, but you quit too soon. Why did you leave me when you were so close?

I’ll let you in on a little secret. Every day I would call out to you, “I am your goal, here I am, come and get me!” I’m curious. Did you ever hear me? I repeated this question day after day, month after month, and year after year. But now, I’ve grown tired of hearing that the timing is not right, that you’re tired, or that someday you’ll get around to it.

It’s now time that I get around to it myself and find someone who is committed, focused, and proactive. I simply must move on!

On behalf of all of your hopes, dreams, and desires, there is something you should know about us. We will never fail you, nor will we ever let you down. The main reason why we have not embraced one another is that you have failed us by not taking action! Why?

Sincerely,
Your Goals
====================================================

Granted, we rarely get that kind of feedback when we slack off on our efforts to achieve. But almost all of us have heard that small voice calling to us, “I am your goal, here I am, come and get me!”

Now’s the time to be planning for 2007.

If you are hearing that voice now, it’s time to reach out and embrace that goal, those dreams and wild aspirations before they get away.

Over the next few weeks be sure to find some time to reflect on the past year, give thanks for your blessings, and most importantly plan for the new year ahead. Remember, life will not go according to plan, if you do not have a plan.

This month presents the ideal time for contemplative thought and careful planning. Invest time and energy to talk with the most important people in your life about goals and dreams for this new year because the last thing you’re going to want to do is receive your own Dear John letter of regret.

And the process begins with having your own Personal Strategic Plan in place to guide you:

What will this New Year hold for you?

Will it bring you greater wealth, better relationships, a healthier body with less fat, and a reduction in your blood pressure…

Or will it be more of the “same old same old”. It all begins with a choice. Make the decision that this year will be better than last year.

Right now, at this moment, you may not know how it will be better or how to make it better… But that’s OK. What does matter is deciding it WILL be better – in fact that it will be the best year, ever, for you.

Success is not an accident. It begins with a well-conceived plan…

If you HOPE to increase your income this year. Or HOPE to pay off debts. Or HOPE to lose weight and get in shape or to find the love of your life…

…then stop right now, you might as well forget about it. It’s not going to happen. Why?

Because HOPE is not a plan.

Maybe your problems or goals involve your business, or your job, or your relationships, or your health, or how you spend your time… or ANY number of the things that make up YOUR life.

The fact is, every successful person I know finally hits the breaking point… where you either overcome your obstacles or be a slave to them forever.

If you want to start a business, increase your income, get out of debt, stop working so much, lose weight, get in shape, quit smoking, pick up a hobby… or whatever it may be… it’s time to take action.

Don’t fall victim to procrastination. Fear. Loss of motivation or whatever else keeps you in check.

If there’s something, or someone, out there you really want. If you want 2008 to be your best year yet… then you must reach out there and grab a stranglehold on your goals.

This is an excerpt from and incredibly gifted and talented man, Gary Ryan Blair. Maybe you’ve heard of him. He is The GoalsGuy and he has created a fool proof way that you can create your Personal Strategic Plan for 2008.

You’ll definitely want to read the following article by Gary!

Create a Personal Strategic Plan!
by Gary Ryan Blair

Success is not an accident. It begins with a well-conceived plan. You can and will achieve more in the next year than you have in the past ten with a disciplined Personal Strategic Plan.

Personal strategic planning is a disciplined thought process, which produces fundamental decisions and actions that shape and guide who you are, where you are going, what you do, and how, when and why you do it. All of this is done with a focus on the future.

The purpose of personal strategic planning is to help you:

- Provide direction, meaning, and purpose for your life.
- Make decisions that positively affect your future.
- Focus your energies on what’s most important.
- Achieve the greatest results in the shortest period of time.
- Significantly increase your level of performance.
- Enjoy more time, money, balance and freedom.
- Eliminate uncertainty, anxiety, doubt and fear.
- Leverage your skills more effectively.
- Enhance your quality of life, and overall peace of mind
- Be more, do more and ultimately to have more from life.

Personal strategic planning is based on the premise that life will not go according to plan, if you do not have a plan.

A successful plan must include the following…

Personal Philosophy: Every person has a personal philosophy, consisting of some rules adopted from one’s parents, culture, religion, acquaintance and so on.

Generally speaking, these rules, as a body are not well thought out and contain a wealth of inconsistencies and contradictions.

Legacy Statement: Your legacy serves as your life’s defining statement. It serves a two-fold purpose. First it provides an overarching framework for all mission statements and goals to follow.

Second it answers the question, “What do I want to be remembered for?”

Mission Statement: A mission statement is a declaration of who you are, why you exist, and what you intend to accomplish.

In business, the organizational mission answers the big question: “What is our business?” In personal planning, the question is “What is my life’s business?” In both cases, the answer must define the reason for being.

Core Values: Our values act as our compass, guiding us through life’s terrain.

One certain way of knowing that you are living in accordance with your values is by defining guidelines and measurements for value centered living.

Code of Ethics: Words quietly influence our attitudes and opinions.

Codes of conduct, personal creeds, and pledges all reflect an effort to make sense of things, to organize behavior, and to better understand ourselves.

Lifetime Objectives: Your objectives should be written within the framework of your Legacy & Mission Statements.

The key to any Personal Strategic Plan is to visualize your desired outcomes in advance. Be sure to write and rewrite your Lifetime Objectives as affirmations of the future you are working to realize.

Goals: The key in writing your goals is to make them measurable, specific, and time-bound.

Goals need to be written for each of the ten critical areas of life to include: Personal, Health, Recreation, Family, Friends, Community, Career, Financial, Household and Spiritual.

Personal Board of Directors: A personal board will accelerate your progress by providing both wisdom and support for the attainment of a specific purpose.

Maintenance & Performance Check-Ups: On a monthly basis, you should pause to evaluate your performance. What progress have you made? Where have your been challenged? What do you need to do differently or more of?

It is also important to step back and consider whether any of your goals are unachievable.

Personal Reason Why: You won’t become successful until and unless you identify, support and empower your reasons why. Your why’s provide fuel for achievement, and are the reasons behind all action and inaction.

The hallmark of all high achievers is a burning why. They know what they want, how and when they will achieve it, but most importantly they know WHY they want to become successful at achieving their goals.

In Summary

You can significantly increase the odds of success, if you know who you are, what you want, where you are going, how you will get there, and what you will do once you arrive.

The best way to predict your future is to create it. Therefore, a well-defined personal strategic plan, properly executed, is your meal ticket to success.

In order to best prepare yourself for success, I am delighted to introduce you to My Goals – Personal Strategic Planning program.

“Gary, I can’t thank you enough for your assistance in helping me construct my own personal strategic plan. Your ability to explain in simple but extremely insightful terms the steps in this process was far beyond anything I had expected. You were absolutely correct when saying that the only way to really “Know Thyself” is to ask some extremely pointed questions, answer them with complete honesty, even perhaps if I did not like the answers and then hold myself accountable to the execution of the plan. Thanks a million!

Gary, I am beside myself…the program was awesome…you ARE The GoalsGuy. I know you hear this a lot…but take it one more time from a guy who runs a company full of personal development hungry people…YOU ARE A PRO and the program you presented was simply the best!

This past weekend, we attended a personal development seminar that we’d been looking forward to for months.

But you can be sure we were surprised when we walked in a little late on the second day, and everyone was getting in on some S&M action…

If we thought it was that kind of seminar, we would’ve been on time that morning.

OK, the seminar was the Millionaire Mind Intensive from Peak Potentials, founded by T. Harv Ecker. Ecker is a very well known guru in the area of personal development / betterment.

If you haven’t read his latest book Secrets of the Millionaire Mind yet, you’re seriously missing out. It’s about finding all those limiting beliefs like "I don’t deserve it", "That’s for other people", "I’m not that lucky", that many of us acquired while growing up and showing you how to destroy them. It’s really that simple.

We can’t give the whole thing away – you’ll want to go to one of these seminars yourself – but here’s what you need to know.

T. Harv Ecker is very big on completely eradicating old damaging beliefs that we hold which don’t serve us. These beliefs actually sabotage our chances for success, in all areas of life – love, relationships, money, success. etc.

Secrets of the Millionaire Mind is a great easy read, and very actionable… Oh, and it also comes with two Free tickets to this really cool seminar, which is how we got in. I highly recommend you check it out.

Back to our story – the S&M session…

Our instructor had just passed out some heavy duty rubber bands and asked everyone to put one on their wrist… and that’s where the fun begins. Yes, it IS exactly what you’re thinking.

The 30 Day Personal Development S&M Challenge

He challenged everyone in the room to wear that rubber band for 30 days, and every time you catch yourself having a limiting thought, you have to stretch that rubber band and let go. ‘POP!’, ‘Ouch!’.

Yes, it hurts, but that’s the idea. Then you correct your statement with something encouraging and positive. And you repeat two more times.

Now, this may remind some of you of some form of bizarre shock therapy or a Pavlovian experiment unleashed on us all, but it’s a really good idea. Yeah, the brain psychology is basically the same.

So for every negative though, you experience three snaps of that heavy duty rubber band. Your brain’s going to catch on pretty quickly, and it’s going to associate the pain with negative, damaging thoughts, and the relief and good feelings with powerful, empowering thoughts.

And like with any bad habit, after 30 days you’ll change the way you think and be much happier and more successful for it.

Read Secrets of the Millionaire Mind and get your own personal success story in gear. Also, dial into the free Millionaire Mind Tele-Class. That price again is "free", so you’ve got nothing to lose except some bad habits.

Now if you’re looking for the "other kind" of S&M, watch for our special BDSM series coming soon. As you probably know by now from reading our blog, we don’t pull punches or hide out from the forbidden topics. That’s not what helping people is about.

As always, our commitment to you is to answer your questions without bias or judgment, and to help you with the best advice we possibly can. If we don’t know the answers, we’ll find someone who does!

That’s our promise to you.

Have a great day!
Dan & Jennifer
