If they ever picked up the Bible and read it without taking passages out of context to serve their own personal ego and beliefs then the world would be a better place.

Oh and try reading other history books too…it’s funny how they always forget that the Bible was put together in such a way to serve the edicts of the early Catholic “Empire.”

Get a clue dude…Revelations was written for weak minded sheeople by a guy that was insane. Look it up! The early Church loved it because it was their scare tactic ace-in-the-pocket if you didn’t believe in their teachings.

If you look closely at the Alberta numbers you will notice that out of those 180,000 profiles, over 145,000 are posted by single men! That’s right, about 80% of the profiles are from men looking to get laid. The term “single men” is rather loose meaning that most of these guys are likely a married man cheating on his wife and looking for sex on AFF. Of course there are genuine single men on AFF, but it can hard to distinguish between the two. I work in downtown Calgary and I calculated that about every fifth man that I walk by on the street here has an ad on AFF LOL.

These men are in turn chasing about 5,000 women. I think everyone can see the problem here. The ratio of “single men” to single women is around 30:1 in Alberta. The women get bombarded with emails from all these guys and can be quite frustrating for them. I would say the proposition for the single men to find a willing female is quite bleak as they have to to be nothing short of extraordinary to get a hot date.

For the remainder of the numbers in Alberta you have about 12,000 swingers and the rest is made up of alternative lifestyles like gay, lesbian, transvestites and transgendered people. Of those 12,000 swingers not all of those are genuine either. A lot of those profiles are fakers (married men who have profiles without the knowledge of their wives). These guys enjoy the thrill of talking to other swingers (i.e. cyber sex), looking at and collecting pictures. Based on our experience as many as 25-40% of the swinger ads in Alberta are from fakers. Though it’s not too hard to figure out which profiles are written by the cheating men, the profile usually has a couple of lines text something to the effect of “We are a horny, need sex. Send us email.” The profiles with very lousy pictures tend to be a dead give away too. The worst part with these faked profiles is that some guys will post pictures of their wives without their knowledge. On most every genuine swinger profile,people will add a disclaimer, often in bold letters like “No single men need apply!!!!” We have one on our profile and it seems to be pretty effective as we hardly ever get any emails from single men.

The number of genuine ads on AFF is really not as large as the numbers suggest. I would estimate that only about 10% of the people who have profiles on AFF in Alberta are actually successful in meeting up with other people for a hot date. As you can guess the people who have the most success would be single women, swingers, the alternative lifestyle people and a few very lucky men. I have looked at other regions on AFF and their ratios would be very similar to what I just described. So in places like California and Texas the numbers of genuine profiles are not near as high as one might think. Though a lot of people come and go on AFF. Once people have found their circle of play partners they cancel their account and move on. How many people do this is uncertain, but I would speculate that it is quite a lot.

We have had some good success with AFF and have met some really great couples. But there is a lot of BS you have to sift though to find the people who are serious about meeting. The longer one is on AFF the easier it gets to determine who is serious about meeting and who is not. Using AFF to connect with other people can be a lot of fun but in reality nothing beats meeting real people at a swingers club or special event.

What a bunch of rubbish! Organized religion has been telling us the end is near for the past 2000 years and nothing ever happens. At any given point in time in history you can always find a bunch of religious fanatics spouting off the latest flavor of Apocalyptic BS. Yours is not different. Makes me very glad that I do not believe is such pious mythology.
