One thing I notice in pretty much any advice venue, and that's to have a totally open and honest relationship and tell each other everything. Dan and Jennifer, I commend you on your advice! It's much harder to do than say, but when it's achieved, the sky's the limit as to the satisfaction you can get and give in your relationship. And I mean both emotionally and physically.
The problem is how many people keep judgements of certain activities and the other spouse is afraid to approach any subject that they feel might be slightly taboo in fear of repriasals. This only creates resentment and encourages going outside the relationship for approval.
I hope everyone can learn from your advice and try the open and honest approach.
Thank you so much for your column!
