i am extremely shy at 31 yrs old. whenever i get in public places to attempt to meet women i start shaking and hyperventilating. how can i overcome it. plus it doesnt help matters any that i am not a good communicator.

Truly informative with great ideas. I love the tip “don’t put her on a pedestal” That is so important to know and use for anyone that is shy.

Also love “go for it”. Shy people can be eternal students and watchers instead of doers. Doing anything is so important.
