How you don’t blow it on the first email? Simple your honest. You don’t email and say your cute. You email and say what little bit of a profile I saw for you on such and such site has intruged me and I would like to get to know you better. Im looking for a friend and companion. Maybe that friend is you and maybe its not, but I feel a need to give it a chance. I don’t know why, I feel drawn to you but I do.

Then you tell her about yourself. If shes interested she will get back to you. If shes not then she won’t. I know people think its taboo to be friends with your spouce or lover. Ive been married 16 years to my highschool sweetheart. Weve been together for 19. He became my best friend. We met the first day of school and developed a friendship that turned into much more all on its own without forcing it. To this day when he introduces me to people he says, “I would like you to meet my best friend, and oh my wife.” One person started looking around and said “so where is your wife?” I had to say right here silly. I get the pleasure of being both.

Thats whats important. Develop the friendship. It can be done online. My best girl friend lives outside of Philladelphia and Im in Arkansas. Ive never met her in person but we can spend hours on the phone talking about nothing. We met in an adult role playing room. She and my husband adore each other. She and I adore each other. Don’t limit yourself. You can make deep connections online. You just have to let go of your need to “see” with your eyes and start “seeing” with your mind and soul.

I’m single again and have been for a time. Would like to find someone to share time with. Thing is all the women I want ot be with don’t seem to want to be with me. Not a drinker, never use drugs and don’t treat women like trash. So outside of carrying a few extra pounds, why do I ALWAYS get left with the girl I do not wish to be with?

Your proposition is the $64,000 question! I have contacted over two hundred women on-line, nothing. I find it unbelievable all these guys with bad intent get through, but the so-called “worth while” or “good” guys never get through. What can I say, all my friends say the same thing, “How do you fall in love with a faceless t.v. screen of prose?” Even if there is a picture, it is still difficult for me to be enthusiastic about an apparently attractive woman I have never met or talked to.
I am very turned off to the on-line method as you meet no one. I hope you can come up with a better way to meet women for men other than having us initiate the event with, “I think you’re cute!” or some comment about her profile. Because let me tell you, that doesn’t work.
There are millions of great and attractive, not married, not crazy, we-do-commit, kinds of guys out there that haven’t a clue what these women want to see on-line (Short of us posting our retirement spreadsheet showing 10 million dollars in equity with a picture of us standing next to the Bentley).
I am, in my opinion, one of those guys women “say” they want, but I keep getting passed over. I am attractive, very physically active, successful with a job and a home, and lots of love to give. How do guys like us get the attractive and cool women to pay us more attention? I am waiting for your answer.
