Should She Ask Him Out?

If you’re the lady in the equation, it’s important to figure out what kind of guy you’re dealing with. If he’s a confident guy and is showing obvious interest in you, there’s a good chance he’ll do the asking. Of course, his big personality may attract lots of women, so he may be used to being hotly pursued.

If he seems like the life of the party, you can actually go either way. You can rest assured that he’s accustomed to women asking him out, so he won’t be bothered by you making the move. Many people think that in order to meet a woman, you need to go to a bar or club. This is simply not the case when it comes to meeting and dating quality women. She probably did not need to leave her apartment to get work done, yet she got herself put together to be presentable during the day time before going out.

If a women puts all that effort into their presentation before going out, it seems safe to assume that they are indeed meeting men they are interested in during the daytime. Or at least for mindset purposes, assume this is true and your actions will reflect it. Yet it still seems that women flock to bars and clubs as a means of meeting men, now why do you think that is?

Let me ask you a question, how many times a day do you think a beautiful women gets approached by a man that attempt to spark a conversation with her?

Or even a better question, how many times a week do you think she gets approached?

After interviewing some of the most beautiful women I have met in cities like New York City and Miami as well as asking my close attractive female friends that go out on a day to day basis (for example they always does their school work at Starbucks) I found that they all gave me the same number when it came to approaches from men during the daytime.

Each of these women are NEVER approached by men during the day time! It’s that simple. When I asked if there was ever a time a guy came up and tried to start a conversation with them they all drew a blank. Sure they would get the occasional once over from guys walking by, or maybe a rude sex remark yelled from a distance. But when it came to them doing their day-to-day activities, not so much as a simple “Hey, what’s up?” has ever been extended their way.

Taking The “Daytime” Dating Approach

We have to face the fact men are simply not approaching women during the daytime, yet women prepare themselves for the off chance that it may happen. It is even fair to say that women are more ready and susceptible to a man’s approach than they are at a bar or club. All their guards are down and there is that subtle fantasy that one day a man will genuinely spark a conversation with her and they will have a real connection.

So if you are not already approaching and chatting up women during your day to day activities, just think that myself, and all the single ladies in the world are encouraging you to take advantage of this untapped resource when it comes to meeting and dating women.

They are simply willing to settle on whatever is willing to settle with them. More often than not, it just leads to a two-minute conversation followed by a harsh blow out. A girl shutting down a guy like this is no surprise though. How can a girl be expected to respect a guy that no standards or idea what he wants? It is essentially like he has no respect for himself. Very unattractive.

Understanding Your Desire For A Woman

The key to understanding this is by going out and taking note of what is it about certain women that draw your attention. To you, what makes some girls stand out over the others, start to find what it is that these women share in common to help you better understand your own desire.

That way, next time you see a girl that gets your attention, your desire for her is understood and gives you all the reason in the world to talk to her. Once you begin to understand the only reason you need to talk to a girl is because of your attraction to her, your approach and actions will come from a place of genuine dominance.

What we will be doing, however, is looking at some examples of male body language which, once adopted by a man, have been shown to increase his appearance as being confident, self-assured, relaxed and masculine which, together, make him more attractive to the opposite sex.

Let’s start with movement.

Movement

The way we men move says a couple of different things about us. First, there’s the movement we’re making. What is the purpose of the movement? What is the motivation behind it? Then there is the way the movement is performed.

For example, a guy is sitting within a group of people in a bar and they are all talking to one another. He leans towards the table to pick up his drink and take a sip of it. That is the movement. Now what is the motivation behind it? He could be thirsty. More importantly, how does he make the movement?

He leans forward quickly, grabs the drink, takes a quick sip, then leans back to place the glass on the table once more. The movement lasted about 3 seconds. After witnessing the movement, the chances are that a woman would conclude the man reached for his drink not because he was thirsty, but because he was nervous.

How does she know this? From the way he made the movement. It was hurried, not calm. He did it while he wasn’t speaking, to give himself something to do and thereby reduce his internal anxiety.

This is the kind of thing you need to avoid when you are talking to a woman you want to attract. Remember the following:

Bear economy of movement in mind. To look relaxed, calm and confident, you need to only move for a good reason. It’s obviously fine to reach for your drink, or stretch out your legs, etc., as long as you are making the movement for a good reason and not one born out of feeling nervous and anxious.

Before you make the movement, briefly consider why you’re making it. You’ll probably be shocked at the number of times you catch yourself about to do something whose only purpose is to relieve some of your internal tension.

You’ll want to put your hands in your pockets, hold your drink in front of your chest, fiddle with the straw in your drink, touch your face for no reason…be aware of and control how often you move and the reasons you make movements.

Think about how you move

After considering why you move, think about how you should move. Don’t rush movements. Don’t hurry or look like you want to get the movement over with, as to not draw attention to yourself.

At the same time, don’t drag the movement out for too long. Taking 20 seconds to reach for your drink will either make you look like a sloth or a show-off. Find the middle-ground. Controlled and calm, not slow.

Are you being open or closed?

Exhibiting closed body language makes you look:

- Unfriendly

- Nervous

- Anxious

- Unconfident

- Socially inexperienced

Some examples of closed body language are: crossing your arms, crossing your legs under your seat, holding your drink in front of your chest, pursing your lips, making very few positive facial expressions, keeping your arms firmly tucked into your sides, clenching your fists. Avoid all of these, plus any other similar examples you can think of. Instead:

- Lean back in your seat a little bit

- Stretch out your legs a little way in front of you (do not overcompensate by lying back almost horizontally though)

- Express how you feel using lots of different, natural facial expressions

- Smile a lot, but not so much that it looks like you’re faking relaxedness (avoid the glued-on smile look)

The more open your body language is, the more women will feel that you’re approachable, friendly and non-threatening. In other words, the more they’ll want to interact with you.

Body positioning

You should use the positioning of your body to show women how you are feeling and what you are thinking. Your body positioning, when used properly, acts as a powerful partner alongside your verbal language.

For example, to signal that you are feeling relaxed and self-assured you can casually lean on the wall or the back of your seat. You won’t look bored as long as your facial expressions are right. Then, you can use your body positioning to show a sudden interest in something the woman has just said.

You hear what she says that really interests you, then you stand up straight away from the wall, or lean forward in your seat and say, “No way…you mean he actually said that to EVERYONE?!” or whatever is appropriate.

This is one example of how you can use your body positioning to give the woman the impression (hopefully an honest one) that you are truly engaged in the conversation and confident enough to show it. You react in a FULL way, with your body AND your words.

Establishing comfort

This is what in turn animates the woman. She feels comfortable enough to move her body too as you talk. After a while, you’ll find yourselves in motion as you talk.

You’ll move towards each other as you talk about something secretive or private, or move away from one another when one of you says something flirty or teasing (you’ll move away in a “I can’t believe you just said that!” way…the best way).

Hopefully you are now starting to see how YOUR body language can directly affect how a woman feels about you. Control it in the right way and it’ll have the greatest effect: she’ll see you as a confident, interesting, relaxed and… sexually ATTRACTIVE man.

But I’d guess that most of you never refer to your “type” as being “excessively overweight” or “big boned with a great personality.”

• Women with a few extra pounds tend to end up with guys with a few extra pounds.
• And women who are really big, well you can fill the blank in here.

In other words, more often than not you’re going to end up in bed with a girl who’s body is only as good as yours.

In fact, studies show that it’s rare for a guy who is completely out of shape to constantly be having sex with women that have the hottest of hot bodies.It’s much more likely that the women available to you have a body that rates about the same as yours does.

So how do I get a great body?

So the question is how do you build a 10-rated body that will help you get the 10-rated women?

Fact: there is a precise measurable body shape and size that almost all women are attracted to without even KNOWING IT.

I’ve been a professional trainer for over 10 years with graduate research in exercise physiology and nutrition under my belt so trust me when I say that the specific shape that men need to be in to subconsciously attract women is not obvious BY ANY MEANS.

I’ve spent the last year researching the psychology of attraction and the physiology of the male body shape that women find most attractive and the ONE THING that I uncovered throughout this grueling research is that there IS a specific body proportion that is deemed “perfect” and that almost every woman that you come in contact with will be attracted to.

This specific body shape is more muscular than the average man yet isn’t as “hulking” as one might think.

In fact, the vast majority of men… and that’s me included…  will probably give a bit on the face if the woman has a rockin’ body.

Yet, in this same regard, how much will you compromise if the woman has the prettiest face you’ve ever seen… but she’s carrying 10, maybe 15lbs over your ideal?

Exactly.

I don’t care how pretty a woman’s face is, if it’s attached to a body more suited for a walrus, that woman is not on your radar, or any other guy that you or I know. This is the girl with the “great personality” that just so happens to be the proverbial “grenade” every night she goes out.

“Personality” never gets a woman too far if she doesn’t have the looks and the body and quite frankly, the research proves it.

So, why do you think that would be any different for guys?

There ARE differences when it comes to attraction

Well, truth be known… there ARE some differences… but they are more subtle than most guys realize.

Attracting women, and especially a hot woman with a great body requires you to know what to say, when to say it, how to move and how to act… but studies also show that being in shape helps much more than most people are giving credit for.

You can believe it or not… but the fact is… if you’re in the throws of passion with a beautiful woman and your body is built like a Greek god… she won’t be able to keep her hands off of you… period.

The truth about the way your body looks

Taking care of the way you look and more specifically the shape of your body will not only go a long way in boosting your overall attractiveness to women… it will also boost your confidence in yourself, help you carry better posture, and command respect from other men.

AND… all of this happens the very second you step foot in any room… before you utter a single word.

Can you IMAGINE a more powerful tool to have on your side?

Look, I’ve been in the fitness and nutrition game for over 10 years studying it internationally and consulting professionally. I’ve done every style of training and diet you’ve ever read about, and probably a couple dozen you couldn’t even imagine and I gotta tell you… deep down… everyone understands this… but they never talk about it.

And, quite frankly… research clearly shows that over 91% of the people that DO exercise do so in the hopes that they’ll be able to improve their sexuality and attractiveness.

Do you need to work on your shoulders and back too?

Fact is… most guys just wing it, and figure that working out is going to make them look better… and that bigger is most certainly always better.

Quite frankly, most guys have it all wrong and I can accurately tell you there is a specific body shape and size for every guy that women will find most attractive. And, this same shape will command respect and evoke jealous responses in other men, and exert a higher level of social dominance over everyone in the room

The specific body shape I am talking about is actually measurable right down to the inch for each male body. And… the kicker is that most guys are way off when they guess at what this should be, yet it’s not as hard to achieve as you might be thinking.

If you’re going to workout (and I suggest you do) you should do it with a purpose. Building a socially dominant body that women are attracted to is a pretty good purpose in my books. That’s why I’ve spent the past year researching this.

The Adonis Index

I’ve researched the attraction response women have to different male figures and have come up with a specific number called the Adonis Index for you to use to help determine the exact shape you should be in.

“But what IS my Adonis Index?”… you might ask.

Actually, it’s quite simple really… like all great things are.

Your Adonis Index is defined as the ratio of the circumference of your shoulders… to the circumference to your waist… with an IDEAL ratio being 1.614.

Remember, your outward appearance says a lot about your inner view of yourself… and don’t think that women aren’t aware of this.  The look of your body and the way you carry yourself is a sure sign that women pick up on before you even have a chance to say a word to them.

I remember a few years ago, before I learned any dating tips, I would leave bars or clubs with this frustrated feeling inside me.

I thought, “I just don’t get it, clubs are supposed to be a place to have fun and meet women.  Where did I go wrong?”

I believe there are five major mistakes that guys make consistently at clubs for this to happen, I know I’ve made them.  I also believe that if guys just stopped doing these five things, their success would improve automatically.

1. Only talking to people you know.

This first one is fairly obvious, yet many guys do it all the time.  I remember standing there, looking around the club for beautiful women.  When I’d find one, I‘d think to myself “Aha! There’s a beautiful woman” and then I would just keep talking to my friends.

If you keep talking to the same people, you’re going to get the same results.  You don’t necessarily need to go talk to every beautiful woman you see, you can just start with the person standing next to you.

Just turn your body a little bit so you lean in from the side and start chatting.  It doesn’t matter if it’s a couple, a group of guys, or some cute women.  What does matter is that you are improving your conversational skills within the club.

If you’re not sure what to say, look around at your environment for some ideas.  Is there a band or any dancers?  Is anyone doing anything unusual?  Just make a witty comment about the how the opposite of something is true.

For example, if a guy next to me starts taking a whole bunch of tequila shots, I could turn to him and his friends and say “I guess we all know who the designated driver is.”  It’s good to say it in a slightly serious tone and without smiling, so you build a little tension.

It doesn’t matter how funny it is, it’s just a way to engage others.  Do this to everyone who seems open and you will start having some fun times meeting new people.

2. Caring what others think.

So when you start talking to all different types of people in the club, you’re probably going to meet some friendly people and some not so friendly people (in my experience there are many more friendly people).

What happens if they don’t respond well to you, ignore you, or act rude?

Just move on.  It’s not your job to fix other people; you don’t have control over them.  The only thing you have control of is your own reaction.  You can choose to care about their opinion or to not care about it.

The better you get at talking to more people, the more you will learn that it’s not about you.  Some people go to the club to let go of all their frustrations from the week and combine that with alcohol and you can get all kinds of crazy emotions in the mix.

So if something isn’t working out, just realize it’s their issue and move on.

3. Ignoring the club employees.

Have you ever gone to a party where you knew everyone and as soon as you entered, they were all really excited to see you and gave you high fives and hugs?

How good did that feel?  Well, you can get the same reaction when you enter a club.

It’s not hard, just choose a club that you go to often and make friends with all the employees.  Introduce yourself and remember their names and talk to them like a friend.

Ask the bouncer how his night is going, give the bartenders a big first tip, make friends with the bathroom attendant or tease the cocktail waitress.

Remember, these people are working while you are having fun.  See if you can share some of that fun with them.  Before you know it, when you come to the club, you’ll feel right at home. You’ll be in a better mood, have more fun, and meet more people.

This tip alone is one of the easiest ways to increase your confidence and status in a club.

4.  Waiting to get drunk before talking to women.

This is probably the biggest mistake that guys make every night, at every club, everywhere.  The best time to talk to women is actually right when the night begins.  Why?  When it’s still early, women are just arriving usually in a good mood, no one’s approached them yet; it’s like a blank slate.

It’s your best chance to make what I call a little connection.  This is where you just make one fun or witty comment to someone and then get back to your friends.

If it turns into a conversation then go with it, but it’s mainly a way to create a little connection of familiarity between you and someone you don’t know.

What most guys do, is they stare at the women they want to talk to all night until they’ve had enough drinks, then go over and try to force a full on conversation.  It’s usually not pretty.

Instead, it’s a lot easier to make a bunch of little connections with women, then sit back and watch.  The women that are interested in you will come stand near you or they will look at you and smile when they walk by.

Even if they don’t, it will be a lot easier to wave them over and start a conversation with them if you’ve already talked before.

5.  Putting too much pressure on yourself to meet women.

The last one is the most important.  Remember why you are there in the first place: 

To have a good time.

Have patience with yourself and give yourself permission to relax.  Some guys get too attached to the outcome with women and even relate what happens to their own self-worth.

You know yourself better than anyone else.

Clubs are a place where almost everyone has a very strong social mask up and it can be hard to reach the real person underneath.  So if things don’t go as planned, don’t beat yourself up about it.  Just leave the unwanted feelings at the club and enjoy what you do have.

When you see every interaction within the club as amusing or an opportunity to “play with others”, you’ll create a magnetic vibe and others will naturally be pulled in towards you.
