As with most anything in life, there is a learning curve one must round before attaining the proficiency and skill to succeed. Sex is no different. Were we women born to immediately know how to achieve orgasm? I think not.

It may be easier for some women solely due to chemical makeup. But the majority of us – 70% according to statistics – require active clitoral stimulation before we can achieve orgasm. The good part is that we can learn a method that will allow us to increase our sexual responsiveness during intercourse and experience climax through the act of intercourse.

Consider yourself enrolled in Better Orgasm 101. We will learn the three steps in a plan to lead you in the right direction.

Clitoral Stimulation

In the first part of your new program, you or your partner will stimulate your clitoris as you are making love. During intercourse, if the motions are distracting to you and prevent you from reaching climax, simply have your partner insert his erect penis into your vagina without movement. During this still period of intercourse, manually stimulate your clitoris until you reach orgasm. Once this is successful, have your partner get moving.

The second phase teaches you to rely less on your manual clitoral stimulation. Gradually stop touching your clitoris a certain time period before your reach climax. You will begin to let the thrusting motions of your partner propel you into orgasm. At first, the time period between ceasing clitoral stimulation and orgasm will be short.

In the third phase, you will begin to increase the amount of time between the end of clitoral stimulation and climax.

You graduate to the next level only when you have successfully passed the test of achieving orgasm through the previous level of non-clitoral stimulation. During any of these phases, you may take as long as you like to complete and pass them. There is absolutely no pressure to move at a fast clip.

Fantasizing

In fact, the psychological aspects of this process definitely need to be mentioned. Our bodies do not exist without our minds. The mind-body connection is a powerful connection that we need to learn to use to our benefit.

When practicing the phases, begin to use your mind to fantasize. It’s one hundred percent OK to do this. To enhance your sexual pleasure, fill your mind with an erotic image that you find very stimulating. This one action alone may be the trigger that sends you directly into orgasm.

It is also important to realize that you need to be in a relaxed state of mind and body when seeking the ultimate sexual pleasure. Shed any inhibitions or old-fashioned notions of what you were always taught that sex should be. Make the sex your own. Slip into a sexy negligee and feel good about yourself. Look at your reflection in the mirror and praise the way you look. Love yourself and let your partner love you.

Enjoy Different Positions

Old-fashioned notions of sex, for the most part, prevent a woman from fully enjoying her sexual experiences. You do not have to always position yourself on the bottom. You are free to get on top, lie side by side, sit down, stand up, or bend over. You are free to experiment with the things you enjoy. Try one of my favorite moves: rub your clitoris on your partner’s pubic bone when he is inside of you. This feels wonderful.

There is NOT one position or one range of motion. If you do not move your pelvis in a manner that sexually pleases you, you are forgoing a great amount of sexual pleasure. So get moving … move your hips side to side, in and out, all around. Make circles, make squares, whatever you feel.

Exercising Your Sex Muscles

As part of this sexercise program, you should also begin toning and strengthening your PC muscle – the muscle that contracts during climax. This is the same muscle that you would use to cease the stream of urine. Start by contracting this muscle in sets of 25 two times per day. Work your way up to sets of 100 twice daily.

Just as regular exercise in a gym promotes a healthy body and lifestyle, exercising our sexual muscles promotes a healthy sex life. Most women who strengthen and tone their PC muscle have an easier time of achieving orgasm through intercourse.

Research suggests that sexually active women achieve orgasm much easier than women who do not engage in sexual intercourse on a regular basis. Sexually active women love their sexuality.

With all of the practice in which you are about to engage, you will be passing all three quizzes linked to the three-part plan will flying colors. The final exam is scheduled at your convenience. How to Spot the G-Spot

Want to be labeled a ’sex god’? To achieve this, you must know her body like the back of your hand. By knowing her body intimately, you are better able to elicit great sexual responses with minimum effort.

For men, women already know that they should focus on our penis and prostate. Women also have two main important sexual triggers: the clitoris, which is accessible from outside their bodies) and the g-spot, which requires a bit more probing as it’s located inside their vaginal walls.

Now, many men are probably already fully aware of how they can stimulate the clitoris. The g-spot, however, is another matter altogether! First of all, it’s not easy to spot the g-spot. However, if you know where it is and how to stimulate it, you can bet that she’ll be yours forever with all those earth-shattering orgasms you can give her.

WHERE is the G-spot?

The g-spot is located behind her pubic bone, about 2-3 inches up her vaginal wall. What to Do with the G-Spot

With your other hand, touch her abdomen with a flat palm and apply some pressure. By applying ‘downward’ pressure, you’re better able to arouse her g-spot from the inside.

Top 3 Positions to End Your G-Spot Adventure

Position #1. Woof-woof.

Assume the doggy-style position, with her head bent low and her rump up high. Scoot behind her, hold her hips firmly and penetrate deeply. 4 Reasons Why Female Orgasms Are So Hard To Achieve

There seems to be a conspiracy. Men want women to climax, women want to climax. So why is that, according to studies, about 70% of women never reach an orgasm during intercourse?

We can of course focus on other methods women can orgasm (e.g., oral sex, fingering, etc.) but even those may not be enough to giver her an orgasm if she has negative sexual issues with herself.

Female Orgasm Difficulty #1: Shyness

One of the main things that prohibit women to let go between the sheets is good ol’ fashioned shyness. If this is what’s stopping your woman from reaching an orgasm, then there plenty enough ways to help her out.

For one, dim the lights or turn them off if that’s what she prefers. Ever seen a porno film? Of course you have! And did you really think that all those ‘climaxes’ were for REAL? Of course not. Many of them were for REEL.

So how can YOU tell the difference if your woman starts to fake her orgasms with you too?

How to Spot a Fake Orgasm

Many men don’t want to admit it, but just because she ’screams’ doesn’t mean she’s reached her sexual climax. According to studies, 70% to 75% of women don’t reach an orgasm during sexual intercourse. This means if you’re woman has been shouting, kicking and screaming all the time, there’s a 70% to 75% chance she’ been faking an orgasm with you!

Here are some tips to tell if she is ‘faking it’.

She’s too loud

Is she too ‘loud’? Thanks to adult or x-rated movies, we now have this image that if a woman is ‘cumming’ she should be shouting from the top of her lungs (can’t contain the sexual pleasure you know).

Again, this is really just all for ’show’. Most women who DO experience orgasms say that they are actually not noisy at all. They would rather ‘feel’ the intenseness of cumming rather than to drown it with their own loud voices.

Body language

How is her body reacting? Your woman may be shouting till your neighbors hear her, but is her body displaying the same intense emotions? Her body is not THAT different from yours when YOU reach your climax. As such, her body should also be ‘contracting’ like yours.

For instance, her anus and vagina should be clenching or contracting when she reaches an orgasm. If you’re having sexual intercourse and she’s indicating that she’s cumming, check if you feel a certain ‘tightness’ around your penis.

Why? Because during a real orgasm, a woman’s vagina should be clenching strongly at around 1 contraction every 0.8 seconds. And ‘faking’ this pace is quite difficult to master.

Also, check her skin, is she flushed from all that release of sexual tension? If not, she may be faking it.

How about her eyes? Are her pupils a bit dilated and have that certain glassy sheen? If not and her face registers a ‘blank’, then she’ probably just faked an orgasm.

Do I really want to know?

You may be wondering why you would want to know if she’s faking her orgasms anyway, right? Well, let’s put it this way. Would YOU be interested in sex if you never reached an orgasm? Probably not! What does that spell for your relationship in the future?

So knowing if she’s faking it will enable you to take the necessary steps to make making love better for her. And as you know a sexually satisfied woman, can be verrrrry grateful in bed.
