    Some antidepressant’s side effects make an orgasm almost impossible although the erection is long lasting and the sensation of sex is great. I agree that both people seeing a doctor is a good idea. I was curious, can he orgasm alone while masturbating? He could try “Edging” exercises where you masturbate alone and bring yourself close to orgasm, then stop. When the feeling subsides you do it again. You repeat this as many times as you want. It builds sexual tension (the good kind) and can help.

    There are pain medications out there that make it basically impossible to have an orgasm, however the sensations are still working quite well.

    Don’t complain, it is a gift. All through my long bachelorhood and many relationships, when I woman didn’t want me to use condoms because they were unromantic…I faked it. I can put on an incredible show and haven’t had one pick up on it yet. I can’t tell you have many thought they were going to get me for child support but no go.
