    problem not religouus or cultural if girls are tolarated to have sex whoewer they want, it will cause inequality, because it is easy for girl to find sex partner while for man, only limited man will have chance for it, in addition,I would not like to have a wife who had 30 ex-boyfriend while I had only two.
