    you can do it anytime anywhere without anyone knowing it. however i feel like my eyes are popping whenever i control my muscles down there. i dont see the connection but what the heck, it’s not big a deal.

    If Haley Joel Osment ever stars in a movie about an Amish guy who is married to a hot chick and spends all day talking about sex only to make people less interested or just plain turned off then you Dan could be his stunt double.     I’m not positive, but I am fairly sure Ben Wa balls are the equivilent of vaginal weights and are fairly inexpensive

    You have to do about 100 every day for months to see any effect.
